Question: just a few years ago DSW and Burlington Coat Factory used to carry really good brands. DSW would have tons of RLPL and GUCCI shoes; Burlington stocked lots of Ferragamo shoes. (They used to have tons of Allen Edmonds, too.)
For years, though, I haven’t seen any quality merchandise at either of these chains. Am I just visiting the wrong stores? Or should I give up on these chains altogether? And what happened that made them move away from the better stuff?
