Quick question, would you take one size down on Ring Jacket? based on the measurement (chest/ shoulder), it seems to be slightly bigger compare with some of the italian RTW (Belvest, Isaia, Zegna, ...), not sure it's bigger or just style.

It depends on model, some model fit bigger than the other. But we usually recommend customers to choose your normal chest size or one size up for the best fit.
