The Drake's crew neck/ v neck I have are 30 gauge. As the AC sweaters are labelled extra fine I'd have thought the gauge count might have been higher? Unless it is being measured differently.
Not sure this is correct, the finest knitwear I have seen are from drake's (30), John Smedley (30) and permanent style (37).the finer the lower for knit 'gauge' ( the fabric 'count' is reverse)
