W+H suggest "sizing conservatively" as they will stretch as needed.
FWIW I am a 12 on the brannock and were the W+H hi's and lows in both 44's and 45's. All of my 44's have stretch to fit well. For reference Im 12 brannock, Nike, 11.5 in Vans, 44 in CP bballs and derbys, 44 or 45 in achilles, 45 in ysl.
