Up for sale is a new with tags Brooks Brothers sportcoat made from HARRIS TWEED, a favorite of the forum. The fit is quite slim for Brooks.
Harris Tweed is still produced to high artisinal standards in the Outer Hebrides islands of Scotland. Watch THIS DOCUMENTARY from the BBC if you want to learn about Harris Tweed's heritage.
The tweed material is EXTREMELY hefty. I can't stress this enough. It would make a superb fall/winter weight jacket. The Scottish even wear these in the rain and snow, as the material is naturally water resistant.
