Might work best if one person calls Gary and asks what he has left, then posts here.

Wouldn't it be better if Gary posts what he has left, and what discounts?

Greetings,

Its been a busy day setting up the store for our sale and servicing our customers, so I'm sorry that I have not replied sooner. Basically, all our seasonal merchandise is on sale except for a few basics that we never reduce such as Quick Release belts. Yes, it would be better if you called me and I would be happy to go over what we have and what reductions have been taken. You can reach me at 617-547-2067. There is just to much to list. Thank you in advance for your understanding. And yes, there are EG items on sale!

Best Regards,

Gary

P.S. It is 8:00 est and I am heading home now.

I think it would be helpful to list at least the brands/designers offered in each major clothing category so that SFer's can make more targeted enquires (i.e., what EG sale shoes are availanle in size x?). For example,

Shoes:
EG
Grenson
Vass
etc.

Suits/sportcoats
Kiton
Brioni
Isaia
etc.

I think you have the wrong brands here. EG is referring to Engineered Garments, not Edward Green.

Some brands that Gary carries.

Engineered Garments (obviously)
Uncle Kimono by John Malkovich
Schneiders of Austria
Purple Noon (CIT's house line of shirts)
Aster (shirtmaker - I've frankly liked their patterns quite a bit)
Robert Talbott Ties
Had Southwick suiting, not sure what suiting he carries now.
Carmina shoes (including a really nice brogued boot) that I would have gotten if I ever wore anything but kicks.
Agave Denimsmith jeans.
LAI belts (some interesting ones.)

Honestly, my main interest is in the Engineered Garments and to a lesser extent, the Uncle Kimono line. Gary has a number of Monty's left, a single size large eco wool shawl collar fleece sweater, EG jean jackets (very cool, if I could only pull off the Texas tuxedo), and assorted shirts. He may have some black engineer jackets left as well, though I don't know this for sure, so don't quote me on that.

Hmm...not the kind of shop I hoped it was. Robert Talbott is the only brand I recognize from this list!
