We are pleased to announce that part of our Fall/ Winter collections include Carmina footwear. We were very pleased with the selection, quality and exclusiveness of this product for us. I realize that this post is a bit premature for they will not arrive until September but I thought I would give you something to contemplate. I have to admit that I have little familiarity with the lasts of these shoes but they looked easy to fit. I am posting pics and should anyone have any interest, I will try to answer as many questions as my time allows.
All styles have Dainite soles for harsh New England weather and all as detailed except the wing tip is made up in a slightly darker tone.

Best Regards,

Gary

They are VERY nice looking. I'm sure all the shoe guys will have the technical questions.

Are those shoes 360 degrees welted? It looks a bit so, and what's the big benefit of this (as I know only AE does the same, while most other companies don't)?

I like both the suedes and don't have any suede yet.

That's why I asked for price point.

To calculate the potential damage.

To answer your question about price at this time would be mere speculation. The shoes have to be landed by me and with that in mind I can't estimate those costs at this point. In regards to leather soles, we have not ordered any style with them. As we determine the sell through of this brand in our store, we will consider other possibilities. We do do mail order and doubt we will be special ordering any customer requests.
Out of selfish yearning, I selected the boot for myself but I'm sure I'll have your size available.

Great news. I am wearing a pair right now and live in Cambridge. I won't have to go back to Freedomland to get another pair...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Greetings To All,

Just to let you know that the ship has landed and they look beautiful. The shoes have retailed at $355.00 and the boot is $455.00.

Best Regards,

Gary

P.S. The third shoe from left is made up in a very dark chocolate brown suede.

I visited Gary's shop for the first -- and certainly not last -- time today. Anyone in greater Boston would be well served to visit.

It's a very well edited collection of merchandise, and Gary really knows his stuff. Honestly, I was unfamiliar with many of the labels but Gary walked me through the construction and materials which were all first rate.

The shoes were great. I can't wait to try on my new boots.
