Drinking water

I have a water filter in my fridge and also at work. In terms of drinking enough water, I use an Aladdin Tumbler with straw. I found it really helpful to have a straw and feel like I drink considerably more.

you are going to get the impurities present in municipal water through your food anyway.

the only place in the US that i've been where i can't stomach the tap water is iowa. iowa has the worst-tasting water i've ever tried.

Bottled because it tastes better. My tap does not taste good and I have not drank from a counter top filter system that I thought was worthwhile. We have an RO system at work and I drink from that. I might get one for myself.
