Drinking and driving... fun?

I read recently that some people drink and drive because they enjoy it (to me, it's always seemed that people drink because it's fun, and then have to drive home). Someone else compared it not to an amusement park ride, but to driving back from the amusement park.

Have you guys ever heard of this? I can't say I've ever gotten good and hammered and then thought "Let's go for a drive!"

I won't even drink water in my car

. Seriously, I rather (and have) sleep in the back seat of my car, than drive drunk.

As a disclaimer, in no way am I advocating driving drunk. I had a couple of close calls a few years ago, and now I pretty much never drive if I've had more than 2 drinks. I live near cities, so cabs and metro work for me.

If someone told me to my face that it was fun and they do it for a good time, I'd probably assess the situation, think to myself if I could take him, then either beat him down with all my might, or walk away because I couldnt take him anyway

Why not a quick hit and run if you think you can't take him?

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
