I've been wondering, how is the quality of dries shirts? Compared to margiela shirts are they on par or is the dries better?

Same ballpark (varies from shirt to shirt).

Pretty subdued collection, but nice enough. The outerwear/jackets are good. Prints on the two bomber jackets looked hot.

FWIW I have those army green cargo pants. Very nice lightweight and breathable fabric for summer. Look good turned up to around ankle length.

I only know about Michel Brisson, which I think is where you got that picture. You might try calling some stores that don't have Dries online? Didn't someone say Need supply carried Dries offline. I think Opening Ceremony also has Dries offline based on some of their ig pics they've posted.

OC doesn't have it, I was just there yesterday. At least that was the case for the NYC store.

Tried out this season's patchwork Vaughn parka and tapestry print bomber from mr porter. The Vaughn parka is huge, I ordered a small and it was still oversized on me (normally Dries L / 50). Patchwork is insane though.

there's a relatively cheap royce coat in the leaf tapestry print on grailed right now in a 50. fits super slim though, but it was one of the cooler coats from last season if it'll fit.



i regret passing on the patchwork linen bomber that was sitting on mr porter for a while at 60-70 off...don't usually get those subtle blue/black tonal (+ some rust) patterns from Dries

Royce is cut very slim. Too snug in my regular Dries coat size fwiw.

Regarding the patchwork bomber: assuming we are talking about the same one, it was one of the oversized pieces this season. Not necessarily saying you needed to size down, but it did not have the typical Dries bomber fit. But again, assuming we are talking about the same piece.

I think most of the double breasted long coats are cut slim. I've always had to size up for double breasted and gone true for single
