Hi, I am having a problem with a toe box creasing on a pair of new Bally Nevil dress shoes. This happened after I wore them once to office. The shoes are otherwise comfortable and in correct size. I can't keep wearing them in this state and unfortunately I can't return them since they were a gift.
Do you think this can be fixed? Any recommendations? Thanks!
