Dress shirts sized "short," regular," long" - Corneliani?

Apparently Corneliani makes dress shirts in euro sizes and short,
regular and long. I picked one up from STP in a 43 short (marked 43 C on tag)
and it fits my big necked, short armed body well.

Does anybody know another source - other than STP - that sells
Corneliani shirts at discount?

Does anybody know another manufacturer who sizes "short" dress
shirts?

Finally, if anybody runs across a 43C corneliani, let's try to
work out a proxy
