Dress shirt with three button barrel cuffs

I am looking for a nice dress shirt with the tri-button barrel cuff and the european spread collars. Obviously men's shirt.

It is amazing, but I saw a female coworker today with the woman's version. I had never seen three-button barrel cuffs on a woman before (contrasting collars and cuffs). I think it is H&M she's wearing.

+1..........they are the only ones I know of without going MTM or bespoke.

A lot of English makes have them. The shirts I own that have them are Turnbull & Asser, Kilgour, Richard James, Timothy Everest and one other than slips my mind. I'll edit it in when I get home tonight.

I love three button barrel cuffs. I have one shirt with it at the moment, but I would like to get some more MTM.

It makes the cuff a little longer, it looks pretty cool with surgeon cuffs. No real function otherwise

I think it's a pointless affection. Why would you want to sit there fiddling with SIX cuff buttons every morning?

If you want your arm to look longer, go with smaller (or shorter) cuffs and a single button. Bigger cuffs often look ridiculous.

FWIW, six cuff buttons are too much damn work. Try one shirt and see what you think.
