I'm looking to buy a few yards of quality dress shirt interfacing for some cotton shirts I want to make. I'd like it to be stiff but I don't know how you measure different weights of interfacing.

Does anyone know of any suppliers in Canada (to avoid duty costs) that I could buy some?

I make frequent trips in to Toronto so I can always stop at a shop there.
