Yes, not even a contest, don't wear french cuffs to an interview. Minimize your chances to give your interviewer some irrational excuse to form a negative impression on you. I wear french cuffs often, and I think that I might hold it against an interviewee if I were judging.

Still, wear a white, non super spread, barrell cuffed shirt.
