Drape/Hard or Soft (part dieux)

I am watching the Victoria Secret fashion show on CBSHD prime time. Is that considered "soft" or "hard" construction? What part of the lingerie would be considered "drape?"

To keep this a bit further from the moderators woes.....Notice Justin Timberlake with white tennis shoes and a blue suit on during his performance? Is that appropriate after 6 shoewear?

For the uninitiated, the VS wardrobe would certainly give one an impression that its of "hard" construction.
