I have a couple of favorite shirts in stripes and checks purchased
more than 15 years ago when Barney's carried them. I was in their
shop in London 3 years ago, but my size was not in stock for a shirt
that interested me. A few days ago I emailed them for the measurements
for some shirts on their site. I learned that for 16.5 Regular Fit the
chest measurement is 46+ inches (59 cm). Their "Regular" is my
" tapered". I need at least 48 in. The H&K Contemporary
Fit has a chest measurement of 50 Inches, the Regular fit is more.
