There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

If you're in NYC, Century 21 has a bunch of Drakes scarves from $50-$70...seems like a good deal given the prices on Drakes website.

I have the tie on the left and the colors in person are not like the Drake's photo. I will see if I can take a pic when I am home tonight. IMHO - their stock photo seems to have smoothed the colors so they are even and maybe matte, when in reality, the blue has a slight metallic gray tone in it and reflects light depending on the angle you view it. This photo makes it look very 1-dimensional.

On a related note the wife picked me up a dark purple grenadine and one of the tartan ties by Drake's for Ben Silver this weekend when she was at her company's conference.

Interested in buying some Drakes scarves. Wool, PoW, reversible stripes/spots, for under 100 bucks. Any suggestions online? Asos.com has a few, but not quite interesting.

There are a few on this site based out of Brooklyn.

I like the two that are in your price range on p2.

Thanks. No international shipping I'm afraid. Would prefer less expensive and sites preferably in UK. I'll look on ebay.

I'd imagine Ebay would be your best bet.

I've got nothing to add about drakes (which is one of the last great men's accessory makers still left) - that dog is fkn awesome.

The ties are beautiful but they are too narrow for me.
But something that is rarely mentioned is their shirts,
which I love. I have a few purchased at Barneys LA
going on 10 years ago. I'll have to re-check out the current
selection at Barney's. In recent years the local selection
    has fallen flat.

Drake's ties are too narrow for you? The ones I have are 3.75", IIRC. What width ties do you wear?

    ^ Very nice.

When I saw it in the other thread I wondered if it was indeed the light navy one, as it looks lighter on Drakes' site. Thank you for posting it here.

The grey/purple cashmere tie, while it lasted, was pretty much the best tie ever.

Their packaging has become pretty excessive. A while back, Drake's ties came in a small cardboard fold with a card. Now, you need several instruments to open the various layers of paper, cardboard, paper, paper and box. What's next, carbon?

NOBD - Great scarf! I've been considering ordering that same one. Is it as soft as you'd expect from Drake's? Basically one step away from Cashmere?

Your photographic skills are exceptional. The tie is also very good.
