Please vote - toe cap: or not:
Rounded last I like toe-cap but don't really care, narrower last plain toe...
I do not dislike the shoe but am not in love with the toe-cap on the 8000 last like on the John Lobb Derwent...
They both look fantastic
Ignoring everything else, I prefer toe caps, but it can change from pair to pair, really.
Cheers - glad you were able to settle that.
Very interesting observation - many thanks.
Cap toe, just looks better proportionally imo. Plus, it facilitates 'proper' creasing.
Forget double monks.
I think they're a fad and otherwise ugly.
If double monks are a fad... then what are these?
^^ Ahhh...the Bontoni "Excelsior' ...drool. ^^
I coulda BINned a pair in my size and hesitated...for USD250 only
