Hey guys im trying to find a black pair of double monk straps, I really dont want to spend over 300 but can got a little more if i really like them. I saw these AE's but AE's usually arent as sleek as i like, and are more stubby than i prefer. I cant really tell, the pictures arent too great.

But I also found some on suit supply and nordies but there all single strap. here are the ones at nordies http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/magnann...rd-men/3216182?origin=category&resultback=169
and the ones on suit supply are http://www.suitsupply.com/shop/8.FW113/SHOE? (dont really have good pictures...)
and these to boots at park and bond http://www.parkandbond.com/product/129534728

what do you guys think single vs double?

or do you guys have any other suggestions in my price range? I do like a more aggressive, pointier captoe, and sleeker shoe.

Seriously I sometimes ask dumb questions but did you consider using the search function before posting?

There's a pair of "sleek" CJs on B&S right now if they're your size.

1. i did search alot of the posts i saw were outdated and they didnt fully answer my questions, thats why im here. I have searched styleforum/tumblr/blogs for the past few days before i even did post, but just have soo much info and wanted to get some other peoples opinions first. since i live in portland, or and there is literally no place to shop, I have to order everything.

I did see Septieme largeur but do they ship to the us? or have a us website? i can only read korean and english. hehe :) and the herrings just arent as sleek as i like.
I was thinking of Crockett jones maybe the lowndes since everyone loves them, but i kinda like the seymour 2's better. and whats b&s? sorry im new to styleforum.

also do you guys recommend single or the double strap monks? I would wear with suits and possibly jeans(but kinda dont want too since they are black, and I just like brown better) probably will get a pair of double monks in a brown suede for more casual look. or atleast i want too
