I don't think the sleeve heads are the main problem more of a symptom, the skin tight sleeves mean they have to be like that. If the sleeve had more volume I don't think this would be nearly as eye-catching an issue
It is also made out of light weight cotton which would exacerbate the effect

Skin-tight sleeves? Is it possible you didn't see the photos I'm commenting on? (In other words, I'm NOT reacting to the Daniel Craig photos even though my comment appears chronologically just after that posting...look at the photos I quote in my comment...)

Just catching up on this thread. Despite what Despos mentioned about the buttoning point, I quite like the look of this DB-suit on Kamoshita-san. Actually, it gives me inspiration and I‘m thinking of having my length of navy blue herringbone silk (from Ed) made up like this.
