Prime example of being dressed by a stylist wanting to highlight styling choices/details over a cohesive look that compliments the wearer.
Remake this as a 2X1 style like Lorenzo Cifonelli wears, except with a slouchy, soft construction and the viewer will overlook the obnoxious color as it becomes a hybrid smoking/dinner jacket.
Would wear a pale pink or ivory formal shirt with this. Would work with winter white flannel trouser if you have the personality for it.

It’s from the mothership, Anderson & Sheppard.

I blame Mr. Cortina, but what do I know!? He may have overseen the project and they followed his input. Just a guess

If this is the new trend, I had better make sure my jacket cloths are heavy in elastane...DB will then become an acronym for "Double Bubble". Mr. Craig is out in front of the trend with his colour choice!

This is another A&S suit made for Daniel Craig. I don't understand how a man can have a paper pattern and then have two wildly different outcomes. The fit of the sleeves, the length of the coat, etc. I assume someone kept asking for the coat to be made slimmer and shorter

that was my point n previous post. Probably made with the stylist's input.

A friend suggested that maybe there was a disconnect between the cutting and making, and that the job was rushed for delivery for the event.

If you imagine the turnback cuffs being folded down, they would almost be the right length. Perhaps that got mixed up somewhere.

Yeah, it was bespoke, but clearly for someone else. Maybe Daniel Craig's body double stood in for the fittings...

I think he likes his stuff cut close. Here’s another A&S jacket done for DC where the sleeves look like sausage casings.

When your famous you get to bypass the 11th iteration. Also, be attractive, don’t be unattractive.

I’ll take the suits Fred Nieddu cut for Ralph Fiennes any time over these things.
