Luggage rack essential since the small boot is filled with spare parts; distributor points, condenser, high-tension lead, fuel pump, brake fluid, supplemental tool kit, to name the usual suspects.

Lots to choose from here...https://corozobuttons.com/product-category/type/standard/
E147, E149 or E 154 perhaps.
I'd like to lighten the jacket up a little.
I saw one in pistachio green on a brioni blazer and since then I've always wanted one

Le clan des siciliens (The Sicilian Clan) by Henri Verneuil (1969).
Jean Gabin (aged 65) playing Vittorio Manalese, a sicilian boss living in Paris. Roger Sartet (Alain Delon) reach him for a heist.
He is better than La belle équipe.

I may want to change the buttons; any suggestions? View attachment 1563709
Could opt for a metal button in pewter or gun metal. They aren’t shiny and can look interesting.
Brass or copper are hard to find but they exist. Holland & Sherry had a couple in their blazer button collection. They are more subtle and understated than gold or silver. Not sure if they still make them.
If you want horn try a brown like your shoe color or maybe a reddish brown. see them used in Italian tailor shops often.

One other option is mother of pearl in dark blue or dark grey.

Can find vintage buttons on Etsy. One seller has a lot of dead stock Holland & Sherry blazer buttons.

Thank you Chris. I’ll have a sniff around Etsy.
