Controversial opinion but I’m a big fan of the striped tee and the casual db suit/sc
I’ve tried it in the past but I find the collar of my jackets get dirty after a few hours of wear.

My workaround for this is a silk scarf worn like a cravat. That way the jacket collar is resting on the scarf and not the neck. Here’s a not so good picture of me in a crew neck sweater and a silk scarf in a Parisian knot

This is exactly my thinking and I don't even sweat much!

I used to wonder how Crockett & Tubbs managed to keep their collar so immaculately clean.

Smoke over London (1966)
History of an italian antique dealer, [Marquis] Dante FONTANA loving british culture because they have the chic, impersonated by Alberto SORDI, going to London in order to buy Etruscan art but not without twist. First 45 minutes are a delight (architecture, suits...).
Maybe a movie to told Italians that England is not heaven on Earth due to its freer manners like Il Gaucho from Dino Risi (1964).
