Does this suit fit properly?

Hello, everyone. This is my first post, and I am hoping to get some advice regardnig a suit I just had tailored. Does it appear to fit properly? It seemed so to me, and the tailor thought so as well.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the shirt cuffs were bunched up in the jacket when I took the pictures. When they are not bunched up, they sit normally at about 1/4-1/2 inches past the end of the sleeve of the suit. The suit has also been tapered at the chest. It appears to be only slightly tapered here but is more noticeable from the front.
