How about something like this from Brooks Brothers:

There's either pink with grey or grey with pink but the greys seem far enough off from your suit that you won't look like you're matching them (or attempting to).

ahh thats a great tie, but a bit wide.

Do you guys think navy blue would work?

I saw several of the navy/pink ties there; the only issue I see is super dark navy with super dark charcoal isn't my favorite. I think I might like it better if worn with a solid light blue shirt. However, 3.25in isn't that wide, but you'd probably have to look at it in person.

Also, not sure how wide Paul Stuart's Phineas Cole ties are, but some of them might work:

That first one may not be "pink" enough, but it's got the mixture with light grey.

The second has some very dark pinks, almost purples and in this case I think the overall look may actually be better with charcoal than navy.

Actually, I like this combination. The thing is you will wearing these suits to the party so you do NOT want to be too formal so wearing colorful tie is a wise thing to do.

A pink tie in a grenadine would be cool with a mid to light grey solid suit. I don't like it with charcoal or navy, but it's not terrible.

I don't like stripe on stripe at all, but more then that I hate striped ties, so take my advice with my bias in mind.
