Besides the jacket being too short, is it okay?
Jacket is too short. Rule of thumb is to measure from the collar to the tail of the coat and then from the tail of coat to the bottom of your heel. You want those numbers to be as close to a 50/50 split as possible. Meaning if from the collar to the tail is 33 then the number from the tail to the bottom of the heel should be be plus or - by no more than 1 or 2. That way you'll know if the jacket is cutting you in half. Which it seem to be doing which gives off the effect of you wearing a jacket too short. Notice: there is a fine lines between fashion forward with high hitting jackets and really tampered leg pants. If you get it wrong it makes the look off balance and that you're trying too hard.
I know you said "besides it being too short", but it being so short is what is causing a few other fit issues. Sorry, but it doesn't fit.
