Its definitely not too tight... Honestly, I might try going down a size. The shoulders look too big, and the sleeves... They look too long, but I can't really tell because the shirt sleeves are waaaay too long. The coat is also too long.

Looks like you're swimming in it. Take a picture where you aren't attempting "the toothpick" and get a second opinion.

thanks for the advice guys appreciate it. about the shoulder, when i wear the jacket it snugs my shoulders. when i raise my hand i cant raise it above my head, so if i go a size down it be really tight but i'm going to tailor the jacket a little bit shorter like half an inch, what you guys think?? sorry i'm new to suits

Why do you need to raise your hand above your head?

Shoulders are the heart of the jacket. It costs a fortune to change them. I still think you should give a better picture in a more natural pose.

A properly fitting suit will always be tight when flapping your arms like a bird. Thankfully, only insane people do that, and they don't need to worry because they seldom wear suits. Also children pretending to be airplanes but well, you look a bit large to be a child. But you never know!

This happens because the armholes are low and the shoulders are too big, restricting your movement. Size down one to get the shoulders to fit you, get the waist suppressed, and improve your posture.
