Does this Dior Homme jacket look off???

I think that this jacket looks really off. Pockets are too low... not to mention that the proportion of the jacket is just wrong. Fake?? or just terrible alteration job?

The proportions make it look like a women's jacket. Even if is genuine I would avoid it.

Any chance it actually is a women's jacket, or would the label be different if it were not actually Dior Homme?

The ad claims 42 EU. If the size is right there is very little chance it's a mans jacket.

it's legit. i believe this is one of the few women's pieces he released while at dior. i don't believe the men's short blazer was made any smaller than a 44, but i may be wrong.

See i always though the women's was just "Christian Dior" and that Dior homme was just for men, which would make sense because it literally translates to "Dior man" But yes it does look like a woman's jacket

yes, but Dior Homme did produced some pieces in women sizes. the tokyo DH store sometimes had jeans sizing down to 24 and some tailored piece down to a size 40 (or maybe it was 42, i can't remember).

Oh no. I wasn't questioning if the garment was real or not, i was just pointing out that fact that "Dior Homme" literally translates to Dior Man, and that it would be weird to release women's stuff under that label as he already has "Christian Dior".

Over the years women have routinely worn "mens" style. Weather it's the boyfriends closet look. Or weather it was just items patterned after male clothing.

Dior Homme when produced for women in "Petit taille" always had a black label for the size. It's a womans jacket.
