I got this dark blue Yves St. Laurent suit for about 6 bucks today. It seems to be tailored exactly to me. Had to buy it, but I think the fit around the waist is a bit tight. I could stand to loose a few lbs, but what do you think? Its snug all the way around, especially while the bottom button is fastened. BTW, it has no vents, so I was wondering if I had some cut in would it loosen up a little? Thanks.http://i893.photobucket.com/albums/ac136/dirtonthefloor/mail.jpg?t=1299471186[/URLhttp://i893.photobucket.com/albums/ac136/dirtonthefloor/mail-1.jpg?t=1299471186

It does look a little tight. I doubt adding a vent (if it's even possible) would help much, as it would just cause the jacket to flare out toward the bottom.

If you are really interested in having it opened up, take it to a tailor to see if there is enough material inside the seams to give you another inch or two. There probably isn't, but it's worth a look.

Your image link is working fine, I can click through and see the pics. It also looks a little short, but I know some people are into that kind of thing so if that's what you're going for then...

It's one size too small for you all over. A shame!

The fit's not bad, though yes it does appear to pull slightly around the buttoning point. You can probably have it altered to let it get taken out just a touch around the waist. Hard to tell how the shoulders look as you haven't really taken a good photo of that.

Don't worry about it looking tight when the bottom button is buttoned. The bottom button should never be buttoned, so that solves that. Suits are not cut with that in mind anyways.

Take it to a good alterations tailor and let him guide the ship. Sleeve length looks nice. Not a bad find. The suit's a bit trendy though, so keep that in mind. Might not be the best business suit. The jacket is awfully short, and the gorge is maybe a touch low by today's standards... though many are going to chime in and tell me it's right where it's supposed to be.

Way too short, unless you are superfly.
