I love Chalkstripe Charcoal suit found below on the right
but i was wondering if i can make the 2 button skinny lapel on the right with that design
i'm looking for Chalkstripe Narrow Lapel and i just cant find it - maybe it will be a disaster?

Both lapels look too skinny for me. Especially with the chalk stripe

The one on the left is still skinny. What is it, 2"? The one on the right looks awful regardless of the fabric.

They are both skinny, but the one on the left is definitely within the range of standard (I'm guessing 3").

I'd advise against chalkstripe on a skinnier lapel. You need enough space to establish the chalkstripes on the lapel as a separate section from the pattern of the suit. The chalkstripes there will be going in a visibly different direction than those of the rest of the suit. Without at least four stripes present on the lapel, it's going to look really awkward (maybe 2 stripes could fit on the lapel on the right). The one on the left has 4-5.
