Does Anyone Like Rush Limbaugh?

Every once in a while, I'll catch a little of his show. I've caught bits and pieces of his show for probably 20 years now. Does anyone find him funny and amusing? Any of his observations insightful or intelligent?

While I don't find him that funny as a comedian - I personally agree with most of his opinions and think he is entertaining as hell. I LIKE that he is full of himself and will get in someone's face, because more often than not - he is absolutely right.

As for God - I think you are missing his point. He never said that he knows for sure that God exists, but quite simply using the most basic form of logic - God, religion and any bible are set in stone. This makes people feel better about their ****** lives. Limbaugh has said that he may be proven wrong on the day that he dies, but while he is living - he simply believes. He is right.

Actually, about 20 million listeners a week seem to enjoy him just fine.

Is he bombastic and over the top? Of course - name me one successful radio personality who isn't. Doesn't make him any less "right" though. If you can see past the bravado, he is very well informed on a variety of issues. Whether you happen to agree with his conservative point of view is another story altogether.

This simply cannot be true. It is a known fact anyone to the right of Hillary Clinton gets their marching orders from Rush on a daily basis.

He said something pretty funny once about people who exercise and are fit are putting a huge strain on healthcare. I LOL'd. Guy can be pretty funny when he wants to be I think.
