Looks like a Union Jack on the sole (?) Maybe (?) So maybe Paul Smith (?) I'm just guessing here, no clue whatsoever...

You are correct, they are Ben Sherman, I just found them. I like them better in the original picture. Not sure I like them now after seeing these pictures. The leather looks totally different color.
