I do not want to deal with the side effect issues of many of the Erectile Dysfucion drugs on the market.
Can one of you Gentleman recommend a natural alternative that you may have used personally and found it to be effective for assisting with maintaining the erection. I googled and found a few options but I have boderline hypertension and want an herbal formula that will not elevate blood pressure or cause anxiety or palpitations. Any suggestions from personal use is appreciated .

What side effects are you referring to? Check with your doctor, but I believe Viagra actually lowers blood pressure. You shouldn't take any herbal alternative without discussing it with your doctor. Don't mess with your health.

MACA Man at GNC :
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133776

I bought it for exercise while most people buy it for getting big boners... I am 21 so I cant comment on its help on "getting it up" but I did feel like it gave me stronger orgasms and I was ready for round two sooner. After the first few times with it I felt like its effects were deminished though (possibly placebo).

I appreciate all who gave constructive input. Having been a vegetarian for almost a 15 year period I just prefer a more natural approach to medical issues so that was why I started the thread to get a bit of input other than my exhaustive internet research yielded. I was looking specifically for products that people had personally used with great results. Thanks for the Maca Man suggestion. Still open to a few other suggestions if you you have them. I plan to order or purchase something this week. Thanks again and have a great week!!

Did a lot of exhaustive research and found a product that may be what I desire called Zenerx. I will report back on its effectiveness. I am slated to receive it on Friday.

ED is almost always a precursor to heart disease. Its likely your narrowing arteries are the culprit for the ED. If you are serious about about fixing the problem without medication, studies have shown switching to a plant-based diet (no meat, no dairy, no oil) can reverse heart disease and would likely cure any ED. Read The China Study by T. Colin Campbell Ph.D, and Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr.

Could be a heart issue (he mentioned he has hypertension), but might also be testosterone-related. ED can also be psychological. Point is, there are lots of things to look into here.

I used to work at an adult book store and we sold a lot of herbal stuff, the most popular was called "Stiff Nights," this one you might want to avoid because they were supposedly sneaking in trace amounts of Viagra but there are plenty of others out there packed full of sex friendly ingredients such as Maca, Korean Ginseng, and Zinc. The Stiff Nights mix even had Cordyceps in it, look that stuff up once, very interesting.

Are you suggesting he use them for prostate stimulation? They seem a little small for anal beads.

This.

Things like ginseng and Maca are strong stimulants aren't they? This would not be good for hypertension I imagine.

I would go to the doctors and get some blood work done, as AB said there could be lots of reasons for ED and it's best to know the cause.

Re natural remedies/ alternative medicine, I largely believe thoroughly researched and proven to be safe and effective medicine is better for you.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
