I do. Im on "vacation" at the mo... but you can usually see my auctions through the link in my sig. It started as a hobby, but then moved to a 2nd job.

If you have things you can sell that's got a good profit margin then it's not too bad. Ebay is extremely costly if you compare it to having your own commercial website. Between fees and PP they'll bite you for around 10 percent of your gross. We use Ebay as a come on to our actual website. We write it off as lost leader advertising.

so basically if you doing big boy sales use your own site instead of ebay

I have a lot of Ebay experience. Ebay used to be good, but is now a can of worms. Spend your money somewhere.

At least! FVF alone are 9%, add in listing fees, getting ass raped by paypal and I bet it's closer to 15%.
