That one? Probably Zara.

Thank You for your efforts, I checked as much of the past and present models and I cannot seem to find it from Zara. Mind you there are some that are some what similar.

I checked H&M as well. They too do not have it :/

It looks like Zara to me too.You can tell by the button placement and the latch collar. They may not have it online, but they definitely have stuff like that in store.
