I'm putting an outfit together and I'd appreciate any and all input as far as matching, textures, and if all this comes together well.

Which shirt, which pair of shoes works.with the burnt orange paisley tie and the blue double breasted sport coat?

Once again, Style Forum demonstrates an inability and unwillingness to explain how style works. (Although there is a protocol of asking such questions in lengthy threads where they often are ignored.)

First of all, the tie would be judged unattractive by most and a pocket square color should not match a bold tie's color. (A bold belt with a bold tie probably also is wrong. Color dominance is not shared.) Just focusing on the sports coat, there are some coordination rules. Because it's a traditionally-cut double-breasted in a conservative color, it is incompatible with not-so-formal shoes. That includes the first pair, because they're two-tone with fabric uppers, and the third pair, because they are monkstraps and are not leather. The second pair is marginally better, though the combination of straps and red soles isn't as formal as it should be. Probably the only rule of texture is that formal situations require all smooth accessories (leather or metal). The shirt's collar looks a bit unusual and therefore probably doesn't go with the sports coat.
