Dockers questions

I've been trying to sort out through these Dockers, but they have so many different types, and then different websites (US vs UK vs rest of EU) have different kinds of fits, so I have some questions:

I like the fit of the alpha khakis and the "SF slim" that they sell on their European website, but I'm looking for a model that has the following criteria:

- doesn't have a logo on the back (or if it has, it's something that's stitched in and removable)

- has buttons on both back pockets

- doesn't have any extra buttons but the standard four (usually they have the annoying coin pocket)

The D1 which from what I can tell from pictures would meet the above criteria doesn't have a tapered leg and seems to fit like a bell bottom from the picture on the website.
Judging by the reviews on the dockers website, all the other slim fits except the alphas have this same issue.

Can anyone recommend anything?

From what I can tell:

Dockers has four fits, D1-D4 in most department stores. D1 is a pretty slim fit, true to size. On most vanity sizes I'm a 36, here I'm definitely a 38 (though its a bit big). Don't bother with D2-D4, fit is way too big.

Dockers alpha khaki uses the D1 fit, but its a different line with better construction. I'm wearing some right now to try them out and I like them a lot so far. The standard D1 you would get in a department store is the exact same fit, but the fabric is markedly different. It's a "standard" business khaki. It's much thinner and the construction seems appreciably worse. The alpha is a bit more casual, but its much heftier and I feel like the pants will actually hold up over time.

I've only ever had two pieces of clothing tear on me while wearing, and both were Docker's khakis. The kicker is that neither were tight (again, slightly big), and all I was doing was normal activities like sitting, walking and driving. I approached the alpha khaki with a lot of suspicion, but so far it seems like a different quality of pant. If it rips on me, then I'm forever done with Dockers, but here's to hoping. Hopes aside, I really don't count on them lasting more than a year or so, but for the $42 I paid during their memorial day sale, it doesn't feel to bad.
