I have a seer sucker blazer that I wear when I go out to go swimming. I don't think I would wear a wool or cotton blazer with shorts though.

I just don't understand why the hell you would ever do it. If it's hot enough to wear shorts, ditch the jacket. If you need a little extra warmth, you probably should be wearing pants in that weather. And if you're in an enviroment where you need to wear a jacket for propriety, why the **** are you wearing shorts?

It just fails on so many levels.
