Hi guys, I am the student from London College of Fashion. Recently I try to find out how consumers use luxury apps such as app experience by questionnaire.
This questionnaire is a part of my master project for MA Fashion Retail Management at London College of Fashion! This research aims to explore how brand experience and interactive technology affect the continuous usage intention of millennials toward luxury branded applications (i.e. the app of Chanel, Louis Vuitton etc.).
