Do you use inside button on peacoats?

You know the one interior button by your left boob, do you always use it?

I prefer it closed but don't close it only because it takes forever to undo (it's awkward placing in and out vs the outside 3 buttons) especially when there is a line in coat check and your wrestling with the damn button...
