It depends on what you mean by "transformed". Would the colors be changed? I think the colors are screaming "girl" so if they don't change the jacket won't work.

Male teens are rocking those 80's colors all over again. So yes, if you're under 21, a male version would work. Older than that, it'll look you're trying too hard to fit in.
