I often bring an apple or a pear with me, and it often ends up being my lunch.

Do it the night before, if I tried to do it in the morning it would be impossible

Been doing it since December. I also wrap my sandwiches in clear wrap. Foil hurts my teeth.

Absolutely. I'll enjoy my leftover pasta and let the poors waste their money on cafeteria slop.

Yeah. It'd be good. But I actually like going out to eat lunch. Hate staying in the office all day...have to get out, get waited on and read some magazines. I don't even cook at home. I have such a weird schedule that any food I ever cook always sits in the fridge and spoils...I eat out like every meal.

at the least i bring a bottle of liquid and a piece of fruit or something.

I also keep a few bags of random healthy snacks in my desk like dried fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.

I make my lunch the night before every evening. Press my clothes, and polish my shoes too. Nights are busy for me.

I keep a big container of raw almonds at work for breakfast and any snack cravings i might have. I live 10 minutes from work so I just go home and make my own lunch every day. Today I had a salad with light balsamic vinaigrette, greek yogurt w/ blueberries, a spoonful of fish oil, and some cheese. I'm able to eat much cheaper and healthier this way.

Yep. I always have prepared food in the fridge so it takes about 1 minute to put together my lunch. I eat out on fridays though.
