I think they're fine, though they contribute to a preppy, Boston, Deerfield, summer-in-Nantucket... look.

I like them. They wouldn't work on every head but they look good on yours.

The frames are nice, but they look like a kids pair of frames on you. Not flattering on your face, kinda like when pudgy people wear clothes a size too small. It's not a "slimming" effect.

Well, I just got an e-mail saying they had shipped (that was fast!) so I hope to have them by tomorrow or Saturday. I'll take some better photos when the frames arrive.

I am considering the same frames; and these pics have convinced me they'd be a terrible choice for me, given the fact I'm going back to school.

Any opinions regarding the clear acetate version of the same?

Did you order one size larger?

There was no size specified (standard is the 41, which I am wearing) and I didn't even think about it until after I ordered. If I get the 41, maybe I will send it back for a 45.

Conne, I think they look great. For all the **** people give you, you're not a bad-looking guy. Anyway, I recently tried on the same frames. Kinda liking them. Ignore the stupid-ass grin; what do you guys think of these?

Just 'cause I'm a kid, or because you think they look bad on my face? If the latter, why don't they work and what would work? FWIW, I'm not wearing any minimalist German architect glasses BS.

Definitely the right model and colour for you. They look good, but the 45s will be even better.
