I once lived near Trader Joes. I wanted to make some chili, so I went there and got some chips, chop meat, onions, tomatoes, beans, et al. But they had no chili powder or cumin. I left disappointed and sad. But it did buy a bottle of Gewurtztraminer for $3.99, though I now know it contained more arsenic than most other Gewurtztraminers I've had in my life.

the arsenic lawsuit was overblown. the epa sets guidelines for arsenic in drinking water which people consume far more of and the limit is much lower than what you would expect in wine

I know. I was kind of kidding for the sake of the fact that this is a vaclav thread. There was a time in my life when I had knowledge of drinking water standards -- the sensitivity of the available equipment can affect what the standard is (and these days, GC-MS, NMR and other lab equipment is incredibly sensitive). When one is talking about drinking water people are always very concerned yet it is incredibly challenging to put across how incredibly small a quantity like 10 PPB actually is.
