I thought he was, of Germany but looking at, the box today it says, Canada. Does any1, know his true nationality ?

If you are, referring to the inventor, of the powder for baking purposes, then indeed he is, a German who, coined this phrase, "Ein heller, Kopf nimmt, stets Oetker" which loosely, translates to, "Bright minds, always use, Oetker" so evidently, the rumors are, untrue (both that he is of, Canada and that bright, minds always use, Oetker).

I only used , his Mousse .
