Yesterday, I was over, Mr Bodner's and, he had an English speciality, Clogging Cream, on toaster muppins.

I have never heard, of this product, before, but the introduction was, wonderful. I only worry, about Mr Bodner's, cholesterol, can this, clogg it more? I ask, not only because, the name, but of the fat calories that, I taste tested.

Clotted cream perhaps? Great with jam and fresh scones.

It's clotted cream and it's really good. However after it hits your arteries, your name may be more accurate.

I have found it at the better independent grocery stores ( the few that are left). Usually in the cheese section - probably the same importer as for the stiltons from england.

Or one can purchase unhomogenized milk, boil it and cool it. The cream floats to the top. Skim it with a spoon and YUM!
