Just curious if anyone else has it. I've always had some color weakness and had difficulty discerning shades of certain colors. I have shoes, pocket squares, and shirts where I'm not entirely sure what color it is, I just know that I like it. For example, I have some articles of clothing where I'm not entirely sure if they're brown or green.

For the longest time I thought a pair of shoes I had was green suede, until I lost a scavenger hunt because one of the items was a "green shoe" and I threw mine in... only to have all the judges look at me like I was crazy and tell me it was gray.

I have what is called red green colorblindness. This means my red and green receptors are out of wack, and I have problems with colors that use these receptors. This doesn't mean I can never tell Red or Green apart.

SO I also have problems identifying colors by name.

I have a terrible time discerning between brown/green and navy/black, and a few other random shades. You got to love showing up to work in different color socks.
