It doesn't matter whether I eat hot, warm, or cold foods, I always get cold when I eat. Does anyone else have this problem?

Is it because you aren't moving? You're quite thin I believe, right?

At my lowest weights I tend to always be cold.

blood is diverted to the digestive tract to aid in the increased smooth muscle movement/metabolism.

thats why when you eat a big meal and walk out of restaurant in the wintertime you start shivering and are cold as **** for about 20min....even if you wear a heavy down jacket.

this is felt more acutely if you didn't drink. you get "warm" after drinks... and conversely actually become colder after the alcohol warming effect wears off.

Eat more meat. "Meat-sweats" are the best ...
