Do you find it tough to buy chinos in the correct size? ...

Picked up a pair of Dockers chinos at Sears a few days ago. 36x32, the same size as the older chinos I was wearing at the time. But the new pair seemed to just barely be long enough when I got home. And with 100% cotton, would probably be short enough to annoy me after being laundered a few times.

It seems I rarely find two pairs of pants that are the same length, even if they are marked the same. I'm referring of course to off the rack chinos, not tailored trousers. How do you guys deals w/ this?

I would love to buy some online, but very concerned about the sizing.

Thanks again! ;-)

If the issue is just the length of the inseam, you can always buy chinos with longer inseams than you normally wear, and spend an extra $8 to get it hemmed. You can ask if Sears will hem them for you.

I find it amazing that anyone on this forum would drop by sears and shell out 30 bux or so for chino's when they could pick up a pair of incotex for 55 bux in the F/S forum...
